| Online voting is fast and easy to
setup. You just need to add eligible voters, setup your motion and
MotionVoter does the rest, including tallying of the votes. After
voting is completed, enter a result based on the votes placed. Voting can be done online so voters do not have to be present at a meeting in order to vote. Votes can also be tracked for those who are present at the meeting. In person voting results are tallied along with the votes made online. For online voting, a unique, secure link is emailed for voters to cast their ballot. Online voting empowers voters in that they've had their say, leading to more buy-in for decisions being made. By sharing voting results with the entire membership base, decision-making becomes more transparent. Motion votes can be setup to enable voters to post a comment with their vote, which can add depth and understanding to votes and why they were made. If necessary, there is the power to stop or restart motions or votes for whatever reason. Full control over voting is always retained. | |
