Create a MotionVoter account

Setup your MotionVoter account quickly so you can  sign in as account manager, enter voter information, create a motion, and start voting!
  • create a new account
  • sign in to newly created account

Setup and manage voters

The account manager initially enters voters into MotionVoter and can assign management feature to certain voters so that they too can help to manage certain or all aspects of motions, voters, and account 
  • add voters - individually (up to 5 at a time) or as a group using an import list
  • assign management features to select votes -Motions (Own or All), Voter, Account
  • view and change voter information as needed

Create a new motion vote

Enter motion design and details, voting choices and invite voters in a few, well-guided steps. 
  • enter the motion vote
  • set up the vote time and select voting options like viewable results and voter comments
  • create up to 10 voting choices - In Favour/Opposed or more specific choices like Names, Dates, Yes/No
  • assign voters who have been previously entered, or add voters now
  • review and edit motion vote details
  • send the voting invitation email with a click of the button!

Archive motion votes

Whether your motion vote takes place online or in person, MotionVoter maintains a complete historical archive of all your account's motion votes whether they are not yet started, in progress, or completed. 
  • review motion votes
  • view results of motion votes
  • voting details and voter choices are accessible by the account manager any time

Voting on a motion

Voters simply receive a voting invitation email from MotionVoter and cilck on the link to their own unique ballot to cast their vote!
  • click the link and vote
  • view results live or after the vote has closed
